Tap into
nature's healing power

Damselfly Forest Therapy guides gentle walks that help you slow down, disconnect from your thinking, and use your senses to connect with nature in the present moment.

Forest therapy is based on the Japanese practice of shinrin-yokuforest bathing. It is safe, relaxing, and restorative for people of all ages and levels of mobility.

Research shows this mindful practice supports overall health and wellbeing by reducing stress, lifting mood, and enhancing cognitive function.

Embrace stillness, rediscover play, and view nature from a new perspective.

Ways to experience forest therapy

Damselfly Forest Therapy offers guided walks  for individuals, events, organizations, and collaborative partners.

Each walk is thoughtfully designed to support restoration, accessibility, and a sense of belonging.

Whether you’re seeking personal renewal, a meaningful shared experience, or a collaboration rooted in care for people and place, forest therapy can be adapted to meet a wide range of needs and abilities.

Vision

Damselfly Forest Therapy exists to create meaningful connections between people and nature that nurture well-being, presence, and belonging.

I envision a community in which people recognize the healing power of nature and the importance of protecting the planet that sustains us.

My goal is to make forest therapy available to all, whether they are walking a wooded trail, tending a houseplant, or gazing out a window.
